Executive Performance Coach Dana is best known for helping executives and their teams navigate the complexities they face using PolyDimensional (PolyD™) thinking and behaviors. Her recent work is featured in the book, Courageous Counsel: Conversations with Women General Counsel in the Fortune 500. With a propensity to avoid bafflegab—the consulting cliché of “telling clients what they already know”—Dana has a high value for engagement over promotion. This allows her to gracefully nurture knowledge networks which develop senior leaders including those from: AT&T, American Red Cross, Bell South, DuPont, Kaiser Permanente, MCCA, and Pepsico. As a differently-abled woman of Brazilian descent, her world-view fuels her passion for triple bottom-line results. She began her management consulting career with Daniel W. Luczak, CEO, at FTI Consulting in the 1990s. Along with Luczak, she facilitated the executive leadership strategy sessions that shaped the industry changing DuPont Legal Model. The first several books about the Legal Model were by Dana and Thomas L. Sager, CLO and General Counsel, DuPont. Her work with DuPont included conceiving and leading programs for the Primary Law Firms (PLFs) in change management, team optimization, and diversity. In 1999, Dana became VP of management consulting at Crosby Marketing. Her special events and communications background continued to help build compelling programs and learning initiatives for successful executive retreats and conferences, including programs for ACC, MCCA, and Street Law. Since 2002, Dana has worked as an executive coach and eco-preneur in a number of her own companies. Her professional training approaches include marketing, business development, nonprofit management, assessment, fluency, skill mastery, train-the-trainer, and calibration. Her unfailing interest in performance development and human dynamics shapes the high-level PolyD™ methodologies to develop effective and efficient executive leadership. |
